The data collected through this portal is used to create datasets/reports used for the following programs:

• Colorado Healthcare Affordability & Sustainability Enterprise (CHASE)
• Hospital Community Benefit Accountability (HCBA)
• Hospital Financial Transparency Measures To Analyze Efficacy (HFT)

Registration and login information will only be granted to those approved by providers and by HCPF staff.
